I wanted to show you again my thumb. Ugly, huh? It looks like it is going to fall off. If you look closely(if you dare) you can see the nail is detached, I actually took a pin and cleaned some of the dried blood from the hole. Gross, I know. Atleast I know it's come to the end of the blackness. Gotta look at the brighter side!
Our new place is more like a hotel then anything. We have underground parking that you can't get in unless you have a special garage opener, quick breakfast out in the lobby in the morning( it consist of muffins, yogurt, different fruits, and OJ) We usually go grab some and save it for snack time later! Through out the day they have a plate of cookies just sitting out for us to taste( I believe they are milanos) They have this kick butt workout room, to work off all the cookies and muffins they feed us! A sweet big pool that we can't wait to jump into(it's heated so technically we could do it right now) A cool movie theater room that we are able to reserve to watch movies or our favorite tv shows(like One Tree Hill!) Once a month they host a little shindig for all tenants to mingle. We just had one thursday and they served hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, cake, cookies, sodas, big pretzels, etc. The theme was like baseball they had peanuts in buckets to decorate and yankees stuff. They personal deliver your mail to the front door. What I'm trying to say is I LOVE our new place, it is making this transition so much more enjoyable! Now if you want to see what our house looks like inside then click on this video! The very end will make you laugh!
Real quick, Yes the fried pickles were surprisingly good! I can see how people can get addicted to them, Heck I probably would to if I didn't care about looking like 2 ton hippo.Yum, Yum, let me stop talking about them before I want them again.
Have you ever road cross country with a 2 year old and a 9 month old? I did, and let me tell you it was not what I was expecting. We started our journey at Utah at 10:00 pm at night( we wanted to make it so they wouldn't be awake for most of it), we drove all night until the next day about 4:00 pm. The girls were AMAZING! They didn't really complain at all! We called it a day and rewarded them by stopping in Iowa getting a hotel room and went swimming. Screw the whole driving all night thing we wanted to sleep in a bed not curled up in a ball in a little honda civic! It took us 3 1/2 days to get New Jersey, we didn't rush it, we even stopped at a amish community and had lunch in one of their restaurants. We tried FRIED PICKLES for the very first time. I was really scared to try them but I always keep hearing people from the south rave about it, so we decided to give it a try. I am greatful that we made it here safe and sound. I think we all were screaming HALLELUJAH! we are finally here! Now, I wouldn't say that it was the most amazing experience but my girls are truly sweet little angels! They made our trip interesting and unforgettable.
So I know that Easter is sooo over, but I never got to tell ya about it. It was pretty funny, I put out the baskets and easter eggs the night before so when we woke up we could do a little easter egg hunt. Jasmine usually wakes me up by yelling my name until I come in her room, but that morning was different. She woke up came out saw all the goodies and had her own egg hunt and opened all the gifts! She finally came in our room and said "look mom I got presents form easter bunny!" in her little hunt she made herself at home by eating the treats as she went! Mmmm...m&m's and snicker such a healthy breakfast! the rest of the day was fun for her, we went to Hunter's parents and had a another egg hunt, which she had sooo much fun, because those had money in it! She got another basket and new clothes from them. And then we went to my sister's house to celebrate Hunter and David's(my bro.in law) birthdays. Fun and exahusting day! Oh I made the cake and I think it turned out awesome. Ice cream cake of cookies and cream and strawberries, caramel, and magic shell. Yum.
I woke up this morning, looked out the window and then almost pooped my pants because all I saw was white snowy flakes. Crazy Utah Weather! All I know is it better not stay long since we are leaving to Jersey in a week. Oh how I wished I lived in Florida right now, or Hawaii, or Bora-Bora! Little song for all you who care " Snow, Snow Go away never come back until Christmas day" made it up myself feel free to sing it anytime!
Oh my goodness, it has been over a stinkin' month and my thumb still looks like crap. If you don't remember I smashed it in the door of my mom's SUV and let me tell you it hurt like hell! It was pronounced fractured. It is alot better, I still have to be careful not to bang it too hard. I just want it to look normal again. That's All, goodbye.
Princesses, monsters, snow cones, and fun is what Jasmine experienced going to Disney On Ice , a princess celebration. There where little princesses galore, and 1 princess mommy(me, I guess the other moms where to cool to get into it.) It was sooooo much fun just to see Jasmine's reaction to everything. Grama Donna invited us and bought our tickets with the rest of the grandkids. I think besides us watching jassy, she is the one who had the most fun. She even got up in the middle of it and started dancing. If you every have the chance to take your little girls to a show like that I say "Do It!" and get all dolled up for it to. the more you get into the more she will too!
So I don't know if you know, but we are heading out to New Jersey for the Spring/Summer season! It will definitely be an adventure. Hunter is going out there for his job with APX, he will be selling security systems., and I will be hanging out by the pool with the girls! If he works hard and I motivate we have the potential of making great money. I know that Hunter can do it. Pray for our family while were gone. We will keep in touch with most of you since I will have nothing better to do. This is the picture of the place we are staying...nice,huh?
We went to Chuck E Cheese today with the girls! It was so fun to see both of them have a blast! Jasmine couldn't go fast enough and Aliyah would kick her legs when she was on a ride. This is exactly what our little family needed. Hunter has been working hard and needed to relax and have fun. I on the other hand have been held hostage in my own home! (We have one car so not much I can do while Hunter is gone). We kindof celebrated the fact that we did our taxes and we made out like a bandit! $6,340 is amazingly awesome! We are going to payoff so much of our debt and start feeling like there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
